I agree with Jonas. By talking about things you have in common with someone, there is less chance you will hurt someone's feelings, or make them feel jealous, sad, etc.
i concur. if you talk about things that are different, you'd probs point out ones weak points and anothers strong points. when it comes to things that are similar, that would most likely not happen. plus its faster and easier ��
