Some pros would be learning how to do a job correctly/ getting better at it and having something to do while the cons are it might take a lot of work and if you don't do the required volunteer hours, you get released. By the way, what do you think happens when you get released?
i think there are more pros than cons. its a great idea for the elders to find out what youre interested in or if youre good at it. It definitely benefits those who are recieving the volunteer work. if my email doesnt show up then im Chris Hernan :3
Some of the pros would be that you will most likely end up with a job you want, but only if you show it by spending time in that area. I don't really see any cons in that, because the only thing that can really come out of that is getting a job that interests and suits you. -Bonnie
